REFUND POLICY
Under the Australia Consumer Law, The Cielo Studio is not entitled to provide any refund or exchange of our Jewellery and personalised items if you simply change your mind or make the wrong selection due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If the product is deemed to be faulty (ie. manufacturing fault or defect) upon arrival or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage so that we can evaluate the issue.
To be eligible for a return,
- Returned items must be new as you received it and in its original packaging.
- All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return.
- Please note that customer is responsible for the shipping cost, any customs and duty tax when claiming the warranty and/ or returns. We recommend using registered and trackable post as we will not hold any responsibility for lost packages.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will offer replacement provided that the item is available or refund the original method of payment used. Please allow 2 weeks for your credit card company to process the refund.

WARRANTY

The Cielo Studio is not responsible for any wear and tear, mishandling and neglect of your jewels. We have a 6 month warranty on all jewelleries from the date of purchased; this only covers manufacturing defects and faults. We will hold accountable of this matter by replacing or refund your damaged items; refer to the ‘Refund Policy’ section. Please send us an email at info@thecielostudio.com for any warranty claims.
